For those who are on or have done WW, how many points do you get? I've been looking into it. I would get 26 points. I'm not too interested in a diet plan that leaves me hungry (could be my problem right!). Any thoughts. Thanks.

I personally love WW! The last thing it is, is a diet. You should never be hungry with WW. I did it for 20 months, went from 47 to 27pts and lost 137lbs. It's the greatest thing I ever did. Like we what was mentioned, if you eat nutritional dense foods, then you won't get hungry. I had, 8 for breakfast,9 for lunch, and 10 for dinner and never ate snacks, cause I never got hungry. They also give you 49 weeklies to spend on whatever you want. I always splurged on the weekends. Great program! I stopped because I'm pregnant with my first baby. Another benefit because I couldn't get pregnant before. Good luck! - Curlygirl94  3.6 #15715 3:56PM

I'm not sure what mine would be on the current program they have. It used to be 25 or so. I think that very plan includes a period of adjustment. My family has followed WW off and on for years. If you choose your foods based on nutritional value (lots of water, veggies, fruits, lean protein, and fiber), you really should not be very hungry, especially after the first week or so. In fact, I was often full and had to consciously look for a few more points to reach my allotment. But if you're eating foods with a low nutritional value, then those 26 points are gone very quickly. The great thing about WW is that there is a lot of freedom, so people are less likely to feel deprived and binge. You can literally eat whatever you choose as long as you stay in your point range, but they obviously want to encourage people to eat healthily most of the time, so healthy foods are usually lower in points than unhealthy foods. :) - Spoonful_O_Sugar  436.2 #285 6:12AM

I get 26 points a day. On a regular day, it's usually a banana protein shake for breakfast 2pts, a Lean Cuisine/Smart Ones and a piece of fruit for lunch between 5 to 7 pts. I leave the rest for dinner because its my favorite meal. I dont do a lot of "healthier" recipes, But I will measure out my portions. I also work out almost everyday to add some activity points. - ElectricMayhemMom  310.6 #555 2:08PM
Do you feel hungry throughout the day? - Mrs.mouse  420.7 #307 12:17PM
When I'm off from work sometimes. But then I might still have a bowl of cereal after my working out. Or I might have a decent size salad with the lunch. I might also have a chewy granola bar in between. They usually stay in line with my points or barely go into my flex points. I'm fine at work cause I'm constantly moving. At home, I think it's more eating out of boredom not actual hunger. - ElectricMayhemMom  310.6 #555 8:25AM
I started with 41. I'm now at 39. I always have points left over and I never feel hungry either. It has worked really well for the short time i have been on it. The minimum points you can have is 26. Make sure you are calculating the correct way with the points plus system. If you need help with it let me know. I can put you info in my WW calculator and get the correct amount for you. - ImAlwaysCrazy  646.4 #166 4:01AM
