hey gang, been gone for a bit. just wasnt feeling it. sadly i gained 10lbs after being officially down to 230 by my bday. im struggling to get down at least 5lbs. hope everyone has been well :)

Good luck getting back on track! Ever since the DL 1/2 marathon, I have pretty much stopped dieting and stopped exercising as much. Of course I gained 5 lbs because of it. The only thing we can do is move forward and not dwell on the past! Good luck to you! - PirateQueenBriezy  330.9 #743 7:11AM
