Just read this -
Disneyland will soon follow Walt Disney World’s policy in enforcing the FASTPASS Return Times. This means your Attraction FASTPASS will only be valid during the return time listed, and not the rest of the day. Currently, you can acquire a FASTPASS and use it anytime after the allotted time frame.
Disneyland will formally announce the dates for this new policy, but expect it to begin around Thanksgiving and be enforced during the Christmas Holiday.
