Seriously thinking about going back to DL for my daughter's bday in December. Are there Christmas parties like Mickey's Halloween Party???? What are the crowds like?
We usually go the week before the holiday. It's definitely very busy, but it has a different feel than summertime crowds. For some reason, it feels less frantic to us. There aren't Christmas parties, like what we have with Halloween, but this year they're doing Candlelight Processionals--usually they only do this a few times, but I guess they'll have quite a few this year. I have never been to one, so maybe someone else can explain? - Spoonful_O_Sugar

WDW does a Christmas party, but so far we have not adopted that. Last year, we did get an AP Christmas event that was pretty fun! - bluefairy

The processionals are very nice, not something I can see a small child being patient in though. Christmas crowds get big! But I think it's Christmas and its worth it! It's just so beautifully decorated. You can get great memories and pictures that you'll treasure forever - MarshaMouse
