Make sure you take the sticker off. I left mine on and the right ear stopped working after awhile. It only started blinking again after I took the sticker off, powered down the ears and turned it back on after a few minutes. A CM at the shop across from Ariel's Grotto was kind enough to inform me on this when I went in to exchange for a new pair and luckily didn't have to after trying this. - KermitFan13 407.5 #321 7:29PM
