Yes, it's hard going back to real life.

I do the exact same thing! It's sorta my only way of coping - GibsonGirl87 281.2 #719 8:32PM
And thanks to GibsonGirl87 we are watching our home movies from our last trip, that really helps!!! - adisneyfamily 470.7 #256 9:07PM
Home movies, playing the loop of digital pics on the picture frame, and constantly going through all the past visits documented on Facebook....the things we do to cope...sigh... - iloveprinceEric 219.4 #1360 10:33PM
Q: reading your lil blurb in your profile...how is it that you were a Negative Nelly about DL and what changed? - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint

I'm a liberal hippy anti-commerce kind of person. I used to think Disney was all profit, no magic. I have proven otherwise by having my daughter. She has lightened me up QUITE a bit. I used to take life WAY to seriously... now I know I have to be a kid from time to time to stay young. Disneyland has really helped that. HAPPY 900 by the way! - templeclan 54.8 #3652 8:09PM

Lol. I have to do the same thing. All my coworkers say I'm cranky if I don't have another trip planned. - verolly 301.3 #603 6:46PM

It's actually a document disorder. Seriously. There is a full list of symptoms. Not everyone gets it but something like 90% of people that go for more then 3 days will suffer it. - JediTrance

Really??? No joke? I believe it. Coming home was the pits! Like, i felt spoiled by the cleanliness and cheerfulness. We saw a maintenance CM mopping the concrete from a spillec drink.... Really? Where else do you see that!? I miss it sooooo much already - templeclan 54.8 #3652 10:31PM
We were there 4.5 days so that would make sense.... - templeclan 54.8 #3652 10:35PM
Is it in the DSM-IV?! - AshleyLynn22 747.6 #136 10:41PM
Ashleylynn22, your comment made me giggle. If we do enough research maybe we can get it in the DSM-V when it comes out. It can be linked to a sensory deprivation I'm sure.....ps, how do u know the DSM - templeclan 54.8 #3652 11:00PM
Good thing we have this app, otherwise we might need counseling. Hey! Maybe we should start a counseling center for those of us suffering - Philliprocks

Amen. Let's get on that philliprocks! - templeclan 54.8 #3652 11:36AM
Yes, I get the blahs. Disney has done a wonderful job of creating an escape from the real world. It's a controlled environment. And that's a good thing in this case. - FairyGrandmother

True, Disneyland truly is a magical place, leave your worries at the main gate. I do have moments of sadness but my son takes it away when I see him so happy. - dumbbunny 113.5 #2833 3:46AM
Agreed whole heartedly. I was just telling my husband that I got the sickness of Disneyland addiction. My husband and I were talking about how wonderful it was to be in a totally happy place. Such a wonderful escape, especially after a very rough year for our family. - templeclan 54.8 #3652 11:36AM
Still having post Disney vacation blues and we went in August! - jjdq
