it's actually pretty easy, cooked down a bunch of onions and add it to the best beef broth you can find. the key to a good onion soup in to have a torch to carmelize the gruyere cheese to the costinis on top though. A broiler will do ok, but atorch works best. - madsdad 1130.4 #72 6:00PM
