Just checked the forecast for Thursday and it's not looking good :( Hopefully it won't rain for the Halloween party on Friday night. Any suggestions for the best way to get around the parks with kids in the rain? I just bought a rain cover for my double stroller.

We bring rain boots and a change of clothes. They love splashing through the park and I don't stress too much about them getting wet as I have dry clothes for them. The rain cover is a must and works great at keeping the stroller dry but my guys hated being in the stroller with the cover on. They couldn't see and it was hot. - Roobug 4.1 #13707 11:47AM
