Hey chica! it was a dress i bought on EBAY and modified! I had to take off these drappy sleeves and add cold trim to the bottom! Then found a belt at target along with shoes and the scotish sash I found at a fabric store. made the Bow out of PVC pipe and got the wig on ebay too!
