Hi everyone. Question: no one recommends buying tickets from online/discount places right? reason i ask is my nephew will be celebrating his bday in the parks next week (Friday) and my sister and bro inlaw will be taking him and my parents to disneyland next week with park hoppers. if at all possible they'd like to save money. it will be my nephew's first trip! thoughts are appreciated. Thanks
I think the consensus is to get them from "safe/approved/sponsored" Disney vendors. That being said, I believe AAA has a deal and my company offers discounts from TicketsAtWork - dessertLOVER

Trusted Disney sites is really the only way to go. Check out Southern Cali Discounts. aRes Travel I have heard is reliable. You can see more of them under MouseSavers.com. Other travel agencies sometimes have discounts. Don't get shady with Craigslist or anything. - AKMouse

In our last 5/6 visits we have witnessed first hand families with counterfeit tickets. 4 had bought them online and were out cash. The other had bought it from a "discount" location and was left out also. Only buy tickets directly from Disney itself! That old adage of if it sounds to good to be true ... - MeridasHair

There isn't any money saved if you have to buy tickets twice. There are a lot of places to buy from: Disney, AAA, Costco, Ralph's, and other So Ca supermarkets. Not worth the disappointment if the tickets purchased are fakes. Hope they have fun. - Sugarbuzz

We used aRes travel and costco the last 3 trips to Disney. We don't live in Cali to get deals elsewhere and both are great and reliable. My dad is a travel agent and also uses aRes for his trips occasionally. - ChurroChomper
