I have to say that the people who work at Disney Photo Pass are AMAZING!!! For the most part, our photo pass plus was one of the best purchases we made for our trip. Unfortunately, about 15 of our photos were replaced with people we did not know's. I gave Disney a description of the people in our photos, where they were taken, etc, and they found them! On top of that, because I didn't know it was possible for them to look the photos up, I had already ordered our photo cd. They are going to send me a replacement for FREE!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE DISNEY!!!!!
As a Photopass photographer thank you for your compliments. We have some equipment malfunctions that we are working on which is probably why you had several pictures that weren't your own on there. I tell everyone I give a card to "take a picture of the back of your card. That way if you lose the card you don't lose your pictures". We can search for photos if you remember about what time you took them, locations, and even better is when you remember the CM's name that took your photos. Oh, and one other thing that I didnt know! If you buy the photo pass plus, and you dont have the card with you, or the photographer accidentally scanned an empty photo pass, you can put the photos from that card on to your prepaid cd. I was worried about that when my friend forgot to give the cm the pass plus and gave us another card. - HasAnyoneSeenMyGlassSlipper

That's great they found your pics. It gives me hope that they can be retrieved. I am about to call the photopass dept tomorrow since we were just at DCA on Sunday and a set of our photos are missing. The photo pass photographer's card scanner was down so he just took a picture of our card. Hopefully they will be able to track them down too. - DisLUVney

I hope you get the same result! One thing that I think helps is on the website, there's a form fill out for missing pictures. On that form there's a place to upload a picture of who's in the missing picture.
