Hello MWers!!... I am semi new here. I am a photopass CM. :) I thought I would share a few tips related to characters for those able to enjoy Mickey's Halloween Party this year:
1. Phineas and Ferb, as well as Agent P do a meet and greet INSIDE innoventions in tomorrowland. Last night they actually shut down the location early because there weren't enough people coming to visit them. These characters are a rare meet and greet!
2. After fireworks a lot of people go home. This is, in my opinion, the best time to do either treat stations or the character meet and greets, as the crowds are a lot lighter. This is especially true for weekday Halloween Parties!
3. The Villains are in town square this year, however most of their actual meet and greet sets end shortly before the second cavalcade. So if you want to get pictures with them I suggest doing it before then. The list of villains that frequent the area are: Lady Tremaine and the Step Sisters near the mad hatter, Dr. Facilier, Jafar, Frollo, Maleficent, Evil Queen, Queen of Hearts, and Cruella. Many of these characters are also rare meet and greets. They are either near the opera house, in front of the train station, or near city hall side of town square.
4. Lastly, Captain Jack Sparrow, Captain Hook, Peter and Wendy are also available for meet and greets this year near the sailing ship columbia.

There are certain times for sets but normally it's every half hour. Honestly it just depends on how the party is going. The villains especially make quite the entrance when they swap out for their sets. :) If you haven't yet, look into Photopass plus. yes! there are 4 photopass photographers every evening. One in the hotbox location which is where the stepsisters and Lady Tremaine are located, and 3 others spread throughout town square. There are also 2 photographers at the pumpkin every night as well! - TIdoubleGuhErCM 54.7 #3666 3:19PM
