just wanted to thank all the CMs tonight. we had an unfortunate experience tonight, with some very rude, obnoxious people in line, one of which started smoking. when we alerted a CM, he quickly responded and handled the perps appropriatly, and assertively when they got defensive. I can imagine being a CM can be less than glamorous, but just know that MOST of us really do appreciate you!! ( and yes, we complimented said CM at city hall :)

One of the girl CM back when I was working Splash asked a guest to stop smoking and directed him to the smoking area by ROA. He became argumentative yelling at the top of his lungs he was going to gut her like a fish. Called security and a couple of us ran to her aid. He was a brand new Premium AP holder and was arrested and escorted out. His pass was revoked and no refund. It kind of happens alot. - splashphotoCM
