We are planning to take our daughter and her best friend to Disneyland for their 16th birthdays. We are going in between their birthdays so we won't be in the parks on their actual B-days. Can they still get birthday buttons at City Hall? Does anyone have any suggestions or tips for celebrating their sweet 16's in the parks? We only get to come once a year so we want to do it right!
Tiaras of course! :) - TinkerAli

I suggest sweet 16 sashes. anything that makes your bday stand out is leaving a window of magic open. anything is possible. check out the dapper dans, they may sing for them :) - mochamistie

Yes they can get their buttons. I suggest a character breakfast at Plaza Inn. - MrsSchnooks

We have done several character breakfasts - Goofy's Kitchen and Storyteller's. How does Plaza Inn compare? - chantelrj 243.6 #1065 2:02PM
All of those are good. Plenty of characters. - MrsSchnooks 574.1 #191 5:32PM
I went for my 18th bday with my best friend (we are a week apart) and we both got pins! Also, we bought tiaras from BBB and our other best friend who went with us took us to Blue Bayou for dinner. Even though it wasn't much, it was an absolutely magical day because we were in the parks from 8am to close and everyone made us feel like princesses! - KylaShea

Thanks for all the great suggestions! We are going the week after Thanksgiving. Will the Mad T Party still be happening then? How are the crowds generally at that time? - chantelrj
