I'm soooo excited we just planned a last minute quick trip to Disneyland :) though we usually drive we are flying this time. So my question is what's the best type of transportation from the airport? We really don't want and/or need to rent a car. Any suggestions???? Thanks :)
We always take a shuttle. No reservation needed-they are out there for you to hop right on. They charge $10/person, and a cab is approx $40 to the park area, so whichever is cheaper depends on how many of you are going. - Bo22

I've seen a lot of ppl take the metro(green line) it goes to the norwalk station which has a transfer to Dland. - cobi13

Does that take you straight to Disneyland? Can you take it to one of the Dland hotels? We are flying on an upcoming trip, too. Cab definitely cost a lot last time we took one of those. Thanks! - meridafan 1033.1 #84 9:32AM
There was someone that posted a couple days ago that it was cheaper for them to rent a limo than any other transportation from the airport to DL. - mrscttlemstr

We are taking the Disneyland resort express. It will take you from LAX or John Wayne airport to your hotel and back. - MightyWhitey

Oh, okay. I did not see this before I responded above. So this Disneyland resort express...do you just sit and wait for it to arrive or is it something that you call ahead and arrange, letting them know when your flight is coming in, etc. Thanks! - meridafan 1033.1 #84 9:33AM

We are a family of 5 so I will have to price it out. We have a 3 month old with us so not sure if I like the taxi thing. I will look into the Disneyland shuttle. Thanks for your input :) - MrsMinnie
