A highlight of this trip was our time spent in the wheelhouse of the Mark Twain. Understanding the history of this great ship and Walt's love for it we especially appreciated the experience. I loved imagining her maiden voyage on the RoA with Walt at the helm for their anniversary party days before the park opened. And Louis Armstrong, and other people enjoying this same pleasure. We felt as though we stepped through time and into history. I also signed my late Dad's name into to captain's book.
