im sorry to ask this but i have had my pass 3 years and never heard of the rope drop what is it ? is it something in the morning ? i only go in the evening - Hendizl

yes! you enter the park a few minutes before DL is actually open. Depending on the crowds, it used to be at the beginning of Main Street, by the Emporium, but busier times will be by the hub- ropes at each land.
