A year ago today, we lost one of our very own, LaceySue. She was such a delightfully quirky, kind-hearted individual who was taken from us far too soon. She was such a trooper; she was always positive and full of life despite her complications. Her knowledge on Disney & Star Wars was impeccable, and it was such a pleasure to hear her talk about something that she held so close to her heart. My only regret is not getting the chance to know her better. I can't ride Star Tours or TLM without thinking of her, and not a day goes by where I don't wear the bracelet danie_loves_nick made after Lacey's passing. Lacey, may you continue to rest in peace, we love you, you're greatly missed!

I wasn't a part of MW when she passed but I still remember reading your post on FB and how sad you were. I am sorry that you lost such an amazing friend. I hope today, that all that knew her remember all of the great memories you had with her. iFRR thank you for this beautiful post. Today is so hard for many of us. We are all so lucky to have been touched by Lacey. Even though she was in our lives briefly she left a mark on all of us. We're forever changed just because we knew her. She was a rare soul. I think about her all the time. Especially when I ride Mr Toad. She went on it with me during the birthday party when everyone was riding big rides. I'll never forget our talks and conversations about the future, how much she loved Gabriel. We all love her so much and miss her terribly. I am so grateful that I got to know her and that she was in my life. We love and miss you Lacey! My fellow vegetarian, and animal activist! Lacey was such a beautiful person, inside and out. Without her MW wouldn't be what it is today. Every time I ride Star Tours and see Rex, I think of her. I cannot ride Jungle Cruise without hearing her yell out , "HIS MOTHER IN LAW!!" She was a beautiful princess who lives in our hearts forever. I did not get the chance to meet her but she must be an amazing girl that had a lot of hapiness and love! We never know when God will take us home and we will never know why God takes some people home sooner than others, but that is all in His plan. My thoughts are to all of her friends and family. I never got the chance to know her personally, but I was here when you all received the news of her passing and how much she was loved.
