Hi, All! Been MIA in here for a little bit and need to pull myself back in! I've been struggling a little with dealing with cravings. Luckily my workout routine has still been good so I'm not gaining but I'm definitely not losing. I want to finish these 4 weeks prior to my 41st Birthday strong. I tried to be 40 and fabulous last year but it was an epic fail because I had actually gained a lot of weight last year. I do feel in a much better place than a year ago but not quite where I want to be. Wish me luck! I'm about to hit the home stretch of my goal of being fit by my bday!
I totally understand where your coming from. I usually fail on workouts rather than diets. Keep your head up. Finish your year strong. It'll help you start 41 on track. Happy birthday. - Mrs.mouse
