We stayed there about 3 years ago. The rooms were very clean and had been updated with modern furniture, decor, etc. it was the nicest motel 6 I've ever stayed in. The walk is about 15 min (this was for two adults) and was a little rough on the return trip. The second night we paid the $4 for a shuttle to drop us off. The pool is also open late which is nice if you want to swim but if there are noisy swimmers it can be a bit frustrating. - LisaMouse7531  409.1 #317 12:09PM

I haved stayed there several times, once back when it was a Red Roof. In my experience the walk is a little longer, maybe 25 minutes. Using ART is the way to go, but it can be a bit of a hassle, especially at park closing. The hotel is always well kept and the recent upgrades have kept it fresh.
