Found this awesome full color home movie of Disneyland from 1957 on YouTube. It's very clear and not grainy like many of the older home movies and TV programs of DL. Check out the way the park was decorated for Christmas back then. It pales in comparison with what is done now. It's also interesting to see I-5 and Harbor Blvd in the background. There is an empty field across the street from Disneyland. Some retired attractions featured include the SkyWay, Keel Boats, stage coach, and Natures Wonderland Train. Amazing! I loved seeing the thing things that have stood the test of time! It makes me sad that there are so many things that I never got to experience that Disney had to offer because I wasn't around and it makes me wonder about what kinds of things I will be telling my children about some day. - tiggertwin

That video is awesome! I loved seeing the (now vintage) cars drive by on Harbor and that boat that was cruising around the ROA, looked like it could capsize at any moment. Great find. - Linzee
