I went this year during those exact dates and the parks were pretty busy. Most of the people I saw there were players and family members of both Oregon Ducks and Wisconsin Badgers since they had played in the Rose Bowl earlier in the week. I would agree with the hit or miss answer. It can be busy. It is sometimes the tail end of most people vacations who went for new years eve. Sometimes though most have cleared out a day or two after so the crowd lightens up some. - junglecruise80  3.6 #15753 1:26PM
