On Days parties start at 6 you can get in at 3, when parties start at 7 they can enter at 4. So simply go get dressed around that time, rest a bit, get a backpack or big bag for candy and then re-enter the park around that time with your Halloween tickets and you'll get a wristband as you enter. As soon as closing time happens, either 6 or 7, then cm will be asking to see wristbands and that will weed out non Halloween party guest. Have fun - MarshaMouse  2834.9 #15 9:28AM

When we went a couple of years ago, we were already in the park (because we were only there for 3 days) - after 4 pm we went to a certain spot to get our wristbands and candy bags - we didn't have to leave the park - zigbear  149.2 #2298 9:21AM

I have never actually been, so you may want to check with someone who has... But it is my understanding (from previous years reading on MW) that they have places inside the parks that you can get your wrist bands if you are already in the parks. You do not have to leave and return or avoid entering earlier just because you are going to the Halloween party (that would just take away from the magic!).
