You know how we always see adults sitting strollers? Maybe this is why....(this is not mine. I took a pick of a sister friends);-)

It's actually to tell us of kids that need to stay in their strollers for whatever reason while in line. Otherwise we ask them to park it. - SUUZinOC 715.0 #140 1:54PM
