Notifications upgrade is complete! For the first time, see all of your conversations on one page. View the most recent comments on your posts (newest on top), DMs, and even replies to your comments! The newest notification should show at the top of your Notifications page. You will also find a new Notifications tab in the web version for quick access. I have more planned for this page, but for now, this will help you keep track of your conversations (and make it easier to continue the conversation).
