My post-workout breakfast! I'm addicted to this version of a Green Monster smoothie: in a blender, mix kale, spinach, milk (I use cow milk for the protein, but almond milk tastes great and has fewer calories), a touch of vanilla or plain yogurt, and a mixture of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. I don't measure anything, but the ratio of fruit to veggies is about 40:60. You can't even taste the veggies, but you get a huge boost of nutrients! (glass is from Trader Sam's: you can purchase it with the Hippopottomaitai 😊).

I make one like that too except coconut water for the liquid & raw rice protein. It's so yummy! -
