So i was just researching and found some nutritional info for just a few items at disneyland. cali state law requires restaurant chains that have 20 or more locations to have nutritional info. disneyland does not apply to that law since each restaurant is individual. so they have no nutritional info available for guests. after researching online all i could find is three items. weight watchers points for the dole whips are 2 points. the churros are 6 points. and the monti cristos are 25 points. i think i will stick with dole whips!!
Haha! Well, I guess sharing a Monte Cristo is probably our best bet then (and don't even mention the Pommes Frites)! Also, I've looked the Dole Whips up before, too, and I think they're around 80 calories for a half of a cup (which would be 2 points, I think). But I think they give you more than 1/2 cup, depending on the CM, so you've gotta be conscious of the portions, too. - Spoonful_O_Sugar

but there is that hole in the middle! lol. and the points system no longer goes by calories. its calculated by fat, fiber, protein, and carbs. but it is still two points. and yes that is for 1/2 cup. but with the whole I would push it all together and see how much it really is. - ImAlwaysCrazy 646.4 #167 11:18PM
oh and i dont like the monte cristo so im good! lol - ImAlwaysCrazy 646.4 #167 11:19PM
Oh wow, I'm out of the WW loop! Didn't realize they no longer calculated calories into the points formula, lol. - Spoonful_O_Sugar 436.3 #285 7:45AM
