I am working on a MAJOR Notifications upgrade which is why you are seeing different things appear on that page. I am making it so you can see replies to your posts (AND comments) as they come in. You can reply back to them directly from your Notifications page without having to go to the original post. This will make it a lot easier to manage your conversations, DMs, and other things. We are still working on this. Hopefully, by tonight it will be complete.
