its actually just a lounge for Club 33 members and their guests, its nothing like club 33. They don't have a dinner or lunch service per-say but do have appetizers that you can order similar to the items in the Carthay lounge - Dave 8824.1 #2 8:49PM

No you have to be With a club 33 card holding member unlike club 33 where a member can make reservations for you but not have to be with you when you dine - Dave 8824.1 #2 8:26PM
so to your answer, you can get in if you are with a member any time, they don't take reservations, its just a walk in very old school lounge with some of the best pictures of Walt and decor from the 1920s I've seen - Dave 8824.1 #2 8:51PM
