Awe that's very sweet of you!!! It can be very difficult to find someone in the parks for the give aways. I would suggest some kind of unique shirt or hat to make you stand out and try to update your location as much as possible. It might be a little cumbersome to you. As for the locker raks, those can be a lot of fun because shy people will be able to get involved. On the down side you can get the greedy people that know your locker code and will clean out the locker. Some people will only release the code to people that DM you, again you have to be checking your phone a lot. So in the end its really up to which ever one you find easier.
