So I have my dress for Dapper Day! Bought it at the Betty Page store and I love it! My dilemma is should I wear heels (which I can't stand cause I'm a total tomboy) or some sort of flats? Opinions please!
How about wearing a short heel? Or maybe wear heels for photos, and then bring flats to change into after taking pictures. - rbeezy

I'm planning on wearing wedges, they are much more comfortable and look cute. What ever is comfortable for you is best though, if you want to wear comfy heels I always reccoment the Jessica Simpson line or Steve Madden line. Those are always comfy shoes. - gigibunny2

Basic Keds would work with a dress as long as its not too fancy. Another option is "Chinese slippers". They sell them in a variety of colors. They are fake suede flats, with a rubber sole and a Mary Jane strap. We used them in dance classes and shows; super comfortable! - Gia

I'd say a small heel. Nothing to make you uncomfortable but something to really add to the outfit. Check out places like DSW. I really need to see the dress though... - KissDclown

On my god which one did you get? I got mine at the Bettie page store too! I also got cute white flats (I can't do heels i will kill myself) I got a headband from Ross. Pearls jewelry set on amazon. And black gloves from preview in Grossmont. I am set to go! I say go with flats. It will be so much more comfortable! I'm a Tom boy too. Can't stand heels. Also I'm already taller than my hubby so I don't want to tower over him lol. - ImAlwaysCrazy
