Good Morning! This day in Disney history, August 22nd, 1956. The Carefree Corner opens on Main Street in Disneyland. Sponsored by "North American Companies" ( later known as INA) from 1956 to 1974.
Guests were invited to sign one of the guestbooks that they had for each U.S. State. It operated until 1985 when it became Card Corner for nine years. In 1988 its name went back to the Carefree Corner until Nov. 19th, 1994 when it became the Main Street Photo Supply Co. Anyone here ever sign one of these guestbooks?
