We tried this on our last trip with two little ones and after waiting in line to meet characters we only ended up going on 5 attractions. Yes it can. I did it on a Saturday of all days, about a month and a half ago, with a 1 day hopper. We did both parks, every ride in DCA (minus carsland) and the majority of DL. Given there isn't any time for lingering. But we got there before they opened and left at the last minute possible. Also watched fantasmic and the fireworks. My legs hated me for about 2 days but it was sooooo worth it. You just have to be efficient and methodical. And really use fast passes to your advantage. YES!! A couple of us tried it one day and we did everything except ToonTown. We would have prob made it but we ran into some friends. You have to keep up the fast pace or you wont do it!!
