Just a friendly reminder: To those going to the Fantasmic AP event I suggest to check your ears if they still light up. Me, MissEeyore, and Starwarslove checked ours and they dont work. So at least now we know, we'll get a new battery, and be prepared for the show next week!
Little tip: Oswalds in dca sells batteries and will also replace your old ones for you. Batteries are around $6 😊 - KissDclown

I believe they take AAA size batteries. They open at the bottom with a little phillips screwdriver - joxua

I would wait until closer to the AP event to replace batteries, because they have an 8-hour lifespan for battery usage. :D - MEHlanie_Mouse

My girlfriend's ears started blinking in the middle of the night last week. We hadn't touched them since the GwtS WoC even in June... Hoping it was just a battery defect or something. I hope I can somehow squeeze my way into the Fantasmic event. - jugglingjeremy

Thanks for the tip. Mine are dead, too. I thought that if they were turned off, that wouldn't be so much of an issue. Maybe I'll remove the batteries after the next use, so it's not so big of a waste. - brit_brit
