Disney service really is unparalleled. My husband and I went to the Glow with the Show passholder event and got our two pairs of ears. Obviously, the batteries have died between then and now, so today we bought new batteries for them because we came to the parks today with my in-laws for my father in law's birthday and we want to show them how they work. So, we put the new batteries in today and the ears wouldn't turn on. We brought them with us to the park to see if there was anything we could do. I took them to a store in Cars Land and explained the situation to the CM and she said that normally they can't exchange them because they were free, but that she would ask her lead. So after she called her lead, she said that they were going to go ahead and exchange them and gave me two brand new pairs. Thank you so much Disney for always blowing me away! Haha
