Good morning! This day in Disney history, Aug. 16, 1955: Dumbo the Flying Elephant attraction opens in Fantasyland. Shown here in its original location. It was enhanced w/the water feature & moved to it's current location in 1983. Also on this day, the Conestoga Wagons begin journeys into the wilderness of Frontierland.
