I have been released for light exercise again. Which basically means walking only. Early morning walks before the heat gets too bad started today. :)

No surgery yet. The started me on birth control. After a month I could resume light exercise. Still no running, jumping, twisting...it feels good to walk again. - Mrs.mouse 420.7 #307 9:50PM
