I'm looking for some advice from my friends here on MW. I've not been to Disneyland since 1992. I'm flying down to CA for a wedding in early October but will only be able to go to DL for one day. More than likely I will be hittin the parks solo. Should I strategically plan my day or just wing it. There are definitely the classic rides like Haunted Mansion, Space Mt, POTC and Star Tours I really want to ride again but what else is a must? I'm willing and able to be there from open to close just to cram as much Disney in as humanely possible. By the way my name is Matt and I've been lurking here and enjoying your posts and picture here since june of last year lol. I hope to meet a few of you on my "One Day at Disney" Thanks for any and all ideas...
I would Plan...get there early for a fp at space, ride star tours, go to space, splash fp, potc, hm, etc. take advantage of fp and single

I say wing it. But a little plan is advised. Hit Carsland and your favorite attractions. - splashphotoCM

Thanks for the advice. I've got some "to do's" for sure. Never had a churro or a dole whip so I'm gonna combine those two, never been to DCA as it was only being built when i was there last :) I can't wait to see Cars Land but i know it's busy there so I probably won't spend too much time there. I gotta figure out the fast pass thing, I understand how it works just need to get the times dialed in. I'm going to do some in-park RAKs for sure and I've already started stock piling some really cool items. I think I'm even gonna wear my Mickey ears hat I got back in the 80's with my name sewn on. I just checked last week and it still fits! October sounds so far away but after waiting this long it feels like next week. Tik- Tok times flyin by already! - OB1JacoB
