i looked it up. you need to rent a machine- can vary by how many you want to make per hour. From NorCal....Like $205 to make 30 per hour. The mix is about $25 a bag plus shipping for a 4.4 lb bag. but you CAN make it in a home soft serve/ ice cream maker like a Cuisinart :) - HandMeAChurroImmaFaint
