I frequently hear about people not getting a response via support. Email deliverability is a growing problem due to spam blockers and blocking from the ISP level. If you have emailed support but have not heard back, go to this page http://bit.ly/MZ6qvL, look up your ticket and respond through the website instead of email. Normally, when you send a support request, it will immediately send you a ticket notification via email, if you do not get this it is because your system or ISP is blocking our emails. Please remember we can only address technical issues via support or if someone is blatantly violating the rules (and you have proof). We do not have the resources to resolve disputes, arguments, or anything along those lines. Also please do a search in the Lounge first to see if you can find the answer there. Any questions post them here!

Thank you Admin. I like the new look of the lounge. But I have had a couple problems with the iPhone version. When I scroll up or down on the pages there is a delay befor it moves and also when I type in a comment box, it does appear in the box right away. So I could have half of a sentence typed befor the words appear in the box. I am not trying to complain, just help with tweaks that need to be done. Sorry if I am bringing up old posts, but is this link working? I put in my email to check a ticket and it said to sign up so do I need to sign up different to check tickets or this just a glitch for right now?
