What's better? Experiencing Disneyland with your child or children or experiencing on a date with a spouse or significant other?

I don't think you can compare them. They are two completely different experiences. - Mrsblue  692.4 #143 10:28PM
👆 This - SueBayou  2012.0 #34 10:44PM
Exactly what mrsblue said...but...I prefer for my mini to be there with me! - lynniesue42  229.4 #1248 11:23PM
We had the best time last Sunday with no kids. I finally got to really see Buena Vista St and a lot of the little details I don't get to see when someone is saying "MOM I wanna a churro!" - Mrsblue  692.4 #143 11:31PM
I concure. I can't replace the happiest moments with my kids, the special times (our 35th Anniversay) with my Honey Bunny, the irreplaceable weekend my Best Friend and I spent for our 50th Birthday! Or Leap Day, Soundsational Parade, Fantasmic,WOC, Glow with the Show, our family brick.... So many experiences, so many memories!!! - Boundin  423.6 #298 11:39PM
👆 sooo true, "mom" can distract you from details Lol - MarshaMouse  2834.6 #15 11:41PM
I agree 100%! You can't really compare them, I love to take my kids to the parks and see how excited they still get although they are grown up now (I really miss how they would react when they were little). But It is also such a great treat to go to the parks with my fiancee and enjoy dinner and take in a show. I absolutely love both experiences. - Goofdog  169.8 #2009 9:00AM
Agreed! - PrincessDuckie  576.1 #189 9:24AM
I agree here with mrsblue. Totally different experiences. One is they joy of being with your children and or grand children, and the other is the potential to have those things in the future. - splashphotoCM  880.9 #100 9:43AM
IMO, there is nothing better then seeing the magic of Disneyland through the eyes of a child... - DiamondInTheRough  290.1 #665 10:28PM
Then you obviously havent met my son Jackson - PrinceTeaJack  779.6 #120 6:47AM
Totally agree with this - Bo22  331.0 #464 10:07AM
Experiencing it alone! Nobody complaining is always a plus! - AshleyLynn22  747.6 #136 11:26PM
I've done both and honestly they both are amazing. I remember however our son running into Mickeys arms for the first time and seeing his smile..still brings a tear to my eye. My husband and I did our honeymoon together and we have very special memories. So they both are magical in their own respect. - DisneyDreamer18  168.4 #2022 10:34PM
Seeing my children's eyes light up in awe.. priceless. - DaisyDork  170.0 #2004 10:39PM
Different experiences but seeing Disneyland through a childs eyes is wonderful! - MomWithAJuiceBoxBuzz  922.0 #94 10:41PM
Agreed - lynniesue42  229.4 #1248 11:23PM
My husband likes Disneyland. My son and I breathe Disneyland. Going with my husband is fine, but the three of us together doesn't work. I spend more time with my mini there. - Squirtortue  311.1 #551 6:46AM
I have only experienced with kids, which is so amazing! ✨ - IBelieveInFairies  254.1 #969 9:22AM
I culdn't imagine goin without my kid lol. If we lived down here I'm sure i would go with a loved one if I had one though. - madsdad  1119.6 #73 9:25AM
Ack. couldnt. - madsdad  1119.6 #73 9:26AM
Experiencing dl with my now husband was a wonderful part of our dating! We even had our honeymoon there last year. It was on a trip in February, watching parents and their children together that we talked about starting our own family. Now I'm 5 months pregnant and cannot wait to share our love of all things Disney with our baby girl! Though I am also going to extra enjoy our last trip there together before baby in September. - LisaMouse7531  408.8 #316 10:09AM
I will never forget the first time I took my daughter to Disneyland. Her eyes were practically stuck wide open. Nothing else compares. - ScooterMike  1959.8 #35 10:33PM
I think you need to experience both at least once. Add on solo trip too! You appreciate each one differently - MarshaMouse  2834.6 #15 10:34PM
Children 😍 - PinkElephants  633.0 #168 10:38PM
I love going with the kids. They're the whole reason we got APs - mamadisney3  249.1 #1013 11:22PM
Don't get me wrong. I love seeing the lightup expressions of my children. Like you have said "tears to my eyes". But the love and expressions I see through my beautiful wife's eyes are great also. I think there are different times when both are acceptable of who your with but hard to choose for the delight you are looking for. I love all of them! - pbrdad  57.2 #3604 11:54PM
Experancing Disneyland with our grandkids is the best!!!!! - Tealtownfan  692.3 #144 7:01AM
Well, my husband is anti Disney (the horrors!) so I waited until my son was at least 2 so I could get an AP & go with him! - pixiedreamer  37.3 #4079 7:46AM
My ex-husband was the same way, so the moment my son turned two, I took him and bought an AP. - MarshaMouse  2834.6 #15 7:50AM
Good reason to make him an ex..... Lol. - NascarDave  220.2 #1352 10:07AM
When I lived in Cali my favorite was date nights with my hubby's every saturday but now that we moved and have a baby I can't wait toll he gets older and gets to experience my favorite place ever! Pretty sure that will be favorite! - kritomiester  328.3 #479 10:08AM
