Ok, here is the deal with this....its not a good idea to make a reservation then show up and tell them you are just having desert because what it does it take up time at a table for somebody who is not spending the kind of money somebody playing for a full meal would be unless you planning to tip extremely well...its just not fair to the server and although they wont tell you thing its true and about 2 years ago we use to go to Blue Bayou as a walk up around 930 or so and would ask if we could just go in for Desert and they were always dead around that time and esp during the off season so they loved it and we would close the place out and have coffee and desert...not saying don't do it, just use good judgment and think about others.. - Dave  8823.8 #2 11:00PM
