I like you. This is a better idea than googled pics. - MermaidWithShears  1025.8 #179 12:05PM
Thanks! It is sometimes hard to contribute when you don't live nearby and don't have live pictures. I think it is interesting to find out who is really out there. :) - AKMouse  490.6 #434 12:08PM
agreed! - nicoleface  1752.6 #96 12:09PM
I don't know, Google pics are pretty cool. - TheNewTrent  749.0 #254 2:49PM

Lol not those pics Sue! Haha πŸ˜‚ - TheNewTrent  749.0 #254 3:06PM
i think Aladdin. it taught me that stealin is ok so long as its just an apple or bread and that i give half to starving kids. jk. its been really influential with my flying carpet research... breakthrough soon. i liked aladding because i think it was the first Disney Movie that a guy could sing to. i dont remember the classics or little mermaid having too many aongs that a young hero could sing (lil mermaid had sebastian's songs, but i didnt like pretending to be a crab) - Radius  502.7 #425 1:38PM
Up changed my life it reinforced the thought that we are not here for long and we need to make sure we tell our loved ones we love them and try not to spend to much time being caught up in work and spend quality time with one another at DL :) - minitink  5.8 #16495 12:29PM
Well said! I so agree with you..especially when you said spend quality time together at DL =} - LuvsMimisHouse  515.8 #407 1:45PM
Nicely said. - SueBayou  2019.0 #78 2:53PM
UP because that's the type of love i want. I don't need Prince Charming to come after me because of somr shoe fetish. I want a real person who loves me with all his heart. A regular person doing regular things with an extraordinary and a truly everlasting love.. Whom i can create and share all my adventures with. - FindMeAtTheCove  237.4 #1505 3:13PM
rotflmbo! I know your being serious. But it sounds so princesslike! - Romec123aKaSmartyPants  751.8 #252 3:19PM
Haha it sounds naive. =) - FindMeAtTheCove  237.4 #1505 3:22PM
Little Mermaid came out and changed my opinion of new Disney movies. I loved the classics but was so happy to have a new princesses to cling to. I loved all the music and am still singing the songs in the shower! - AKMouse  490.6 #434 12:05PM
I'm not a lurker, but definitely the aristocats! Marie taught me how to be sassy and to not be a victim. "ladies do not start fights, but they can finish them!" - ladylikesdisney  945.0 #197 1:49PM
Love that! - matildamouse  196.8 #2031 2:43PM
i looove that movie! "everybody wants to be a cat.." - LolatheSlush  237.5 #1504 2:48PM
You have excellent taste in movies! ;) - Duchess_SMK  6340.7 #18 3:46PM
I've been here since last summer and I still lurk 😜 lol I love this post though! The Disney movie that has influenced my life the most has probably been Finding Nemo. I mean come on, if a clown fish (who isn't even funny) can make his away across the ocean, just to find his son, and then go all the way back, then I'm pretty some things in life aren't as difficult as they seem. We always have to believe and of course, just keep swimming! - dlmickeymouseCM  2405.8 #62 1:50PM
I like this answer! - AKMouse  490.6 #434 2:43PM
Snow White.. its taught me not to take food from strangers and that some day my prince would come.. and sure enough he found me! :) although, i wasn't living with 7 men at the time... so fairy tales aren't exactly spot on. lol - LolatheSlush  237.5 #1504 2:47PM
Up since it showed me to keep reaching for your goals & to make new ones when all else seems at a loss. - pixiedreamer  214.5 #1811 2:59PM
Well... Half lurker... Half "commenter"... As corny as it sounds... Movie for me is Meet the Robinsons. Taught me there is no need to seek out and "see" my biological mother... since my "real" family are those around me each and every day. The end of that movie gets me every time. - mickeyminnie  322.6 #793 4:41PM
I would say Freaky Friday. The 1970's version. I had a difficult period of time with my mom and I remember thinkging about what it'd be like in her shoes. I also totally wanted the makover/shopping spree Annabelle had toward the end! - matildamouse  196.8 #2031 12:28PM
"I'm sorry but the lurkers aren't in right now. Please leave a message at the sound of the tone" ha! :-) great post idea! - Melody_CM  13474.2 #3 12:41PM
Yeah. Seems like a slow day here. - AKMouse  490.6 #434 12:54PM
Maybe they're just still hiding in the shadows, debating if they want to jump in or not :] - MEHlanie_Mouse  1116.0 #162 1:20PM
We'll pretend I'm a lurker. The obvious answer here is ALL OF THEM. But I have to go with TLM as well because it was my favorite when i was a little and largely responsible for my obsession. - Poisen_Ivy  315.2 #824 1:31PM
Probably monsters inc, I was littler and it taught me monsters aren't scary :) - werer123  4.3 #21936 1:47PM
Any princess movie! They all tought me to believe in happy endings - CinderEllen  5.8 #16441 2:39PM
I really love Lion King. I can't explain why, I just love it :) - Dilyso  190.4 #2109 4:01PM
I love the classics too, but "Up" really spoke to me and continues to do so. - leopardditz2000  872.7 #213 12:18PM
This would be one of my top 3 as well! - AKMouse  490.6 #434 12:24PM
I prefer to post other people's Flikr photos and claim they're mine. - Mouse4life  1680.6 #100 12:33PM
I am sure that would attract chastising as well. - AKMouse  490.6 #434 12:42PM
Deffenetly hunchback of Norte dame. Very underrated movie - landoversky  100.2 #3594 5:39PM
Sleeping beauty. I didn't have the happiest childhood and that movie helped me to escape my reality, taught me to dream and believe in happily ever afters. - alevesque  125.1 #3121 6:14PM
This is a great idea, I'm a happy lurker who loves all the pics and witty comments in here!! As for an answer to your question, it's Aladdin for me... I love the message that you should be "free to make your own choices" and that the grass isn't always greener on the other side... although it might be nice to be a "prize" that a special person can "win" the decision of who to be with should be left up to free will... and a mojito or two! ;) - DiamondInTheRough  349.6 #675 6:33PM
hi from Canada! Alice in Wonderland! And my all time fave...Watcher in the Woods! Set the tone for loving everything spooky! I saw it when I was 4 and it thrilled me to death! - TanglewoodThicket  3.9 #25170 6:57PM
Watcher in the Woods was my first scary movie too! Nerak, Nerak! - AKMouse  490.6 #434 5:14PM
Lurkeshia Googley Abramowitz. You go gurrrrrrrrl. - Butterlina  1570.6 #105 6:59PM
I try to be an active commenter! But I really don't get to the parks enough to post live pics or even add wait times πŸ˜₯my favorite and most influential movie is A Goofy Movie! Not only does it have my favorite songs, it describes my adolescent relationship with my mother to a T. Whenever I watch it I shake my head in remembrance of my tennage rebellion. And then I get all teary eyed when Goofy says "you may not be a little boy anymore, but you'll always be my son!!" 😭 - angelle  8.7 #12064 7:21PM
Aw, now I want some Hi Dad Soup, lol πŸ˜‚ - Spoonful_O_Sugar  613.1 #331 7:27PM
so cute. i love a goofy movie so much. - nicoleface  1752.6 #96 5:56PM
I've always been a fan of The Hunchback of Notre Dame! It displays that there is beauty is everyone. 😁 - SquishyGlamazon  115.5 #3319 6:10PM
