i think Aladdin. it taught me that stealin is ok so long as its just an apple or bread and that i give half to starving kids. jk. its been really influential with my flying carpet research... breakthrough soon. i liked aladding because i think it was the first Disney Movie that a guy could sing to. i dont remember the classics or little mermaid having too many aongs that a young hero could sing (lil mermaid had sebastian's songs, but i didnt like pretending to be a crab) - Radius

Up changed my life it reinforced the thought that we are not here for long and we need to make sure we tell our loved ones we love them and try not to spend to much time being caught up in work and spend quality time with one another at DL :) - minitink

Little Mermaid came out and changed my opinion of new Disney movies. I loved the classics but was so happy to have a new princesses to cling to. I loved all the music and am still singing the songs in the shower! - AKMouse

I've been here since last summer and I still lurk 😜 lol I love this post though! The Disney movie that has influenced my life the most has probably been Finding Nemo. I mean come on, if a clown fish (who isn't even funny) can make his away across the ocean, just to find his son, and then go all the way back, then I'm pretty some things in life aren't as difficult as they seem. Well... Half lurker... Half "commenter"... As corny as it sounds... Movie for me is Meet the Robinsons. Taught me there is no need to seek out and "see" my biological mother... since my "real" family are those around me each and every day. The end of that movie gets me every time. - mickeyminnie

I would say Freaky Friday. The 1970's version. I had a difficult period of time with my mom and I remember thinkging about what it'd be like in her shoes. I also totally wanted the makover/shopping spree Annabelle had toward the end! - matildamouse

This is a great idea, I'm a happy lurker who loves all the pics and witty comments in here!! As for an answer to your question, it's Aladdin for me... I love the message that you should be "free to make your own choices" and that the grass isn't always greener on the other side... although it might be nice to be a "prize" that a special person can "win" the decision of who to be with should be left up to free will... and a mojito or two! ;) - DiamondInTheRough

I try to be an active commenter! But I really don't get to the parks enough to post live pics or even add wait times 😥my favorite and most influential movie is A Goofy Movie! Not only does it have my favorite songs, it describes my adolescent relationship with my mother to a T. Whenever I watch it I shake my head in remembrance of my tennage rebellion. And then I get all teary eyed when Goofy says "you may not be a little boy anymore, but you'll always be my son!!" 😭 - angelle
