Last time we went to DL we were in line for RSR and it broke down. Then TSMania, broke down. On BTMRR and got escorted off. Then went to SMtn and guess what? Yep, it was broke down. All of this on our last day at DL! - ChurroChomper

That once happened to me and a cm asked how our day was going and in a positive tone we told them regardless having to walk off 2, about to get on 2 others right before it broke down, it's good, just a bit bummed we have to go back, the cm was do kind, got her manager and we got a food voucher without complaining just responding honestly with humor. ^^^This. A couple weeks ago I took my dad to DL (he hadn't been there in over 10 years). We were next to board Splash and it broke down. We couldn't wait because we had dinner reservations in 15 minutes at BB. I agree that having a good attitude regardless is key. We ended up getting two passes for up to 6 guests since we had to get escorted off BTMRR. We used one and gave the other to a family to use.
