So today I was fortunate enough to spend the day in the stores of Buena Vista Street. Today was the first time working in the DCA stores for me and honestly, I was kind of nervous not knowing the area too well and not knowing a lot of the CMs. It was fun seeing the Red Car Trolley drive by every few minutes and listened to the Newsboys and Five & Dime every hour too. From the beginning, some MWers came by and we chatted about the new DCA. Also, I was lucky to be assigned to help out with the parade. This meaning that I was to stand right next to the fountain in Carthay Circle for the whole parade and help answer guests' questions. As I stood there, I met up with some more MWers, who were just walking by. I just wanted to say thank you for those who came by and chatted and those who I ran into from just standing next to the fountain for helping me be more comfortable in my first shift in DCA stores. :)
