I was a custodial cm at the Magic Kingdom 2 years ago. It was an amazing experience. I met many wonderful people from around the world and made many unforgettable memories. In the custodial department, college program cms usually got the later shifts which gave me an opportunity to work during the fireworks and the Electrical Parade! It is a lot of hard work but getting to work for The Mouse and being a part of creating the magic for guests makes everything better. I am just going into the program right now. The application process isn't confusing or difficult, but there are several steps to it and at each one you have to be on your toes because you are applying with so many people. It is such an exciting thing though, I have already met so many people I know I will be friends with for a long time, and working for Disney, making people experience the magic every day is going to be very rewarding!
