How and where do I return non flashing Glow with the Show ears for a replacement ? I can't find the receipt and yes I tried them with new batteries
Hi! I've always heard if anything breaks down or battery doesn't work the day you get it that they will replace it at no cost. I have not tried, but I did get that question on trivia right! Give it a try :) - piratelife4me

I have done it and they do indeed replace the item. My sons strap on his ears broke the same day we bought them. Went back to the shop and they gave us a new pair with the same type of embroidery for free. They take back the damaged item of course. :) - aidensmama 336.5 #445 3:44PM
I'm not sure if it's only done on the same visit though. I don't think they'd do it for items purchased awhile ago but I could be wrong. - aidensmama 336.5 #445 3:46PM
They exchanged a pepper grinder we bought that splintered. - chipanddalefan

Maybe you just need to replace the battery? How long have you had them? - ladylikesdisney

Lol that's the rumor. - vincentchase 642.0 #169 4:14PM
I know this may sound dumb, but are you sure the batteries are installed correctly? I just recently replaced my batteries and when and when I installed the new ones the ears wouldn't turn on. Then I looked and saw I put them in backwards. - Waites4DodgerEars
