In a way, you can but it's not meant to be used in a way such as how the Lounge works. It's a real-time feed of wait time & Fastpass updates (among other updates that are automatically posted such as show times) by MWers in the the parks. If you post a valid wait time or Fastpass return time, it is posted in Pulse and you can see it.
