I read yesterday that some people have never been on the Canoes. I think it's something you need to try at least once :) I love them! So for those who want to take a ride around the Rivers of America - http://tinyurl.com/maybied Enjoy!
I enjoy this attraction, however my last ride (two weeks ago) there were some younguns behind me and in front of my daughter who sat in front of me and they were splashing like crazy and paddling against the rest of the group, although it was funny, it was a very very wet and long ride, the CM was starting to get a little frustrated even i think.. - Goofdog

that's kind of how it was when I shot this. On my side we had a lot of little kids who could not get the timing right so they ended up splashing or just giving up. - MayBie 1864.2 #40 3:35PM
I was laughing while my daughter was getting totally bugged even though my back was completely soaked, they were little guys after all. The one in front of us actually ended up letting the paddle go about 3/4 of the way through. - Goofdog 169.8 #2011 3:51PM
Once when I wa younger Cal and Stanford's rowing teams go on the canoes and raced. It was so cool. The CM's just sat back and enjoyed the ride. - TheGreatBigAl

I will have to pass on the canoes. I have been in a row boat and a kayak and those were challenging enough. Let's just say I'm quite possibly the worlds worst kayaker. - aidensmama
